To get the discounted rate, you must identity yourself as member of the 2009 NTPI Conference.  Be sure to book your room reservation early because once the NAEA room block is exhausted, we cannot guarantee a room or the rate.  Cancellations are refunded or credited only if notice is received 72 hours prior to arrival date and a cancellation number is obtained by the guest.
