NTPI® Registration: The registration desk opens Saturday, August 8, 2009 (4:00 pm to 8:00 pm). Starting Sunday, the registration desk opens at 7:00 am. Classes begin promptly at 8:00 am each day.

NTPI® Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be received in writing. For a full refund, cancellations must be received by July 9th (30 days in advance). A $50 administration fee will be charged. Cancellations made less than 30 days before the start date will not be refunded. Please be mindful of this date. For more information regarding administrative policies on issues such as complaints and refunds, please contact our office at 202-822-6232.

 

Course Materials: Unless otherwise specified, fees include course materials and any appropriate reference materials. Text will not be mailed to students prior to class.  Please pick up your copy at the NTPI registration desk.

 

Social Functions: All events and meal functions offer an excellent opportunity to socialize with your peers and colleagues and to meet vendors. The Welcoming Reception and other meal functions are provided complimentary to NAEA-NTPI & AATP registrants. Non-registered spouses or guest are welcome to attend for an additional fee.

Dress Code: Business attire is required.  Dress comfortably, but professionally and be sure to wear comfortable shoes. Exercise/gym shorts, tank tops or tees, flip-flop sandals, shorts and sweat pants are not allowed in the class rooms or Exhibit Hall. We suggest you bring a sweater or jacket as hotel meeting room temperatures vary.
