Dear 2008 Grant Applicants:
Thank you for your interest in the National Association of Enrolled Agents Education Foundation (NAEA-EF) Scholarship Program. The Education Foundation’s Board of Trustees is delighted to have this opportunity to award scholarships to both current and aspiring enrolled agents.
This year, the Education Foundation is awarding scholarships for all tracks of the prestigious National Tax Practice Institute™ 2008 (NTPI08). Applicants may apply to attend the Core Curriculum (i.e., Basic-Advanced) of NTPI®.
NAEA-EF also awards scholarships for the Special Enrollment Examination (SEE) preparation courses offered by NAEA state affiliates or local chapters. SEE preparation courses must be taught by members who have both the knowledge and experience to teach such courses. Consideration will be given to applicants who are applying from states without access to a NAEA state affiliate or local chapter.
Please read the instructions carefully and return the completed application to NAEA. Upon receipt, the NAEA staff will remove all identification and forward your anonymous application to the Scholarship Committee for consideration.
To be considered for a NTPI08 scholarship, applications must arrive at the NAEA office no later than 5:00 p.m. on May 30, 2008. To be considered for a NAEA state affiliate or local chapter SEE preparation scholarship, applications must be received two months prior to the seminar you wish to attend. Applications received after the deadline will not be accepted.
