Take Action!  Tell Congress to pass the Taxpayer Bill of Rights!  The Taxpayer Bill of Rights includes a provision to protect the enrolled agent credential along with other provisions regarding taxpayer rights and responsibilities. Ask your Senators to co-sponsor S. 3355 and your Congressman to co-sponsor H.R. 6050.

Finding your House member, unfortunately is a bit more tricky as it requires you to know your nine digit zip code (and really how many people know that?) Armed with that information, click here. NAEA recommends you send an email versus mail a letter.
