The original room block at the Hyatt is nearly full. The hotel is completely sold out on Wednesday, May 8. At this point, rooms are available at the group rate at $189, May 9-11. A small group of rooms are available on Tuesday, May 7 at a rate of $239. For online reservations, click here. The discount code (2013 NAEA May Board & Apex Meeting) shows up automatically. To make reservations by phone, call 888.421.1442. Be certain to mention NAEA or the National Association of Enrolled Agents. The cut-off date is Monday, April 22 however rooms will only be available until the new block is full. Cancelations must be made 24 hours in advance.

Transportation: The Hyatt Regency Crystal City at National Airport is approximately 1 mile from the airport. Cab fare is about $10. It is also located on the blue/yellow line about .5 miles from the Crystal City metro station. A complimentary shuttle runs from the hotel to the airport and Crystal City metro. More specific instructions regarding the shuttle may be found here.

There are several nearby hotels however there are a number of large roads that are challenging to cross, including Jefferson Davis Highway/Route 1. NAEA encourages you to stay at the Hyatt or the Residence Inn.

An overflow block has been booked at the Marriott Residence Inn due to a few nights that are completely sold out. This location is next door to the Hyatt and is housed with a Marriott Renaissance property. Rooms are available May 7-11 at $189 per night plus tax. For online reservations, click here.
