Space is limited, so don’t delay and book now! Room rates are $149.00. In-room internet is complimentary for attendees within the group block. Reservations must be made by Friday, October 11, 2013. After October 12, reservations will be accepted on a space-available basis only and the rate is no longer guaranteed. If you need to cancel, please do so 48 hours prior to arrival for a full refund of the first night room and tax. Reservations canceled within 48 hours of arrival are subject to a penalty of the first night room and tax.

 

The Hilton Orlando is located approximately thirteen miles from Orlando International Airport, which is a 15-20 minute drive. Cab fare is estimated at $35-$40. For other modes of transport you can contact the Hilton Orlando’s Concierge Service at 407-313-4300 to make arrangements. Parking at the hotel is $14 daily for self-parking, and $21 for valet (with in/out privileges).
