NAEA’s team of staff is here for our members! Working alongside the board of directors and committees, staff works to fulfill NAEA’s mission through advocacy, coordinating volunteers, planning member and public events, and much more.

Megan Killian
Executive Vice President

Megan Killian joined as the Executive Vice President of the National Association of Enrolled Agents in January 2021. She has over 20 years of nonprofit and association experience. Most recently, Megan was Vice President of Member Relations for the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants where she led membership recruitment retention, and engagement; chapter relations; and pipeline and fundraising initiatives for the Pennsylvania CPA Foundation, PICPA’s charitable entity.

During her tenure at the PICPA, Megan developed significant recruitment and retention campaigns and programs. She established new member-service initiatives, including a scholarship program for CPA Exam candidates which has provided hundreds of thousands of dollars to aspiring CPAs.
