  • Recent Court Cases – Keith A. Wood, Attorney, CPA presents recent court cases and the implications for tax preparation and positions taken on tax returns. (1 hour)
  • ROTH Conversion Strategies – Ben Tallman, EA, USTCP discusses ROTH conversions and strategies to maximize tax savings now and in future years. (1 hour)
  • Cryptocurrency – Matt Metras, EA, will join us virtually to take a dive into all things crypto and the tax issues surrounding Cryptocurrency. (2 hours)
  • Tax Update – Ben Tallman, EA, USTCP provides a look at tax law changes for 2022. (2 hours)

  • Representation (Interactive Study) – Ben Tallman, EA, USTCP, leads these dynamic group case studies on representation before the IRS. (2 hours)
  • Update from NC Department of Revenue – NCDOR Representatives share with us the latest developments in individual income tax, sales tax, collections, and exams at the state level. (2 hours NAEA CE only)
  • Ethics – Ben Tallman, EA, USTCP, discusses practitioner’s ethical duties under Circular 230. (2 hours)
