Many of our clients are creating trusts for various reasons, and tax returns, Form 1041, need to be prepared for them. Learn about the different types of trusts you may encounter. We will review the importance of fiduciary accounting and how it is different from tax accounting. We will review case studies on a simple and complex trust with completed Form 1041s and learn how to read a trust.
