Calendar Call is the start of tax court for the week. The judge runs through the cases, sets schedules, and makes some determinations. Afterwards, the judge will make herself available to the group for general questions about the Tax Court. This judge is likely to schedule a trial which is open to the public shortly after the lunch break.

EA’s attending the Calendar Call are requested to join a LITC pro bono panel. Low Income Tax Clinics represent taxpayers with tax problems.
