Affiliate Presidents Exchange

Join our network of state affiliate leaders.

Twice each year, NAEA hosts an exclusive meeting to bring together state affiliate leaders from across the country. The meeting provides a forum to exchange ideas and connect with other EA leaders who share similar challenges. It also gives NAEA an opportunity to set strategic priorities that have an impact across all states.

This year, the Affiliate Presidents Exchange (APEX) meeting will be held on May 13-14, 2020 at the Hyatt Regency Crystal City at Reagan National Airport during Leadership Summit. Space is limited for this opportunity, so please register to participate by Friday, March 27, 2020 for consideration and await registration confirmation before making travel arrangements.

Cancellation 

On March 27, 2020, NAEA announced the cancellation of all Leadership Summit events, including APEX in light of the coronavirus pandemic. Please read NAEA Executive Vice President’s statement here.

Archived Conference Materials

APEX Archive offers all types of materials such as presentations and handouts for nearly all sessions from the past years. Attendees have access to materials (requires log-in). Non-registrants may register to access to the archive.

Did you know?

NAEA provides limited funds to state affiliate leaders to help defray the cost of attendance and to increase participation. While multiple participants from each state are welcome to attend this meeting, only one stipend will be awarded per state.
