Who can participate in NTPI?

National Tax Practice Institute™ (NTPI®) is designed for tax professionals who aim to enhance their career by representing clients before the IRS. Eligibility to enroll is exclusive to enrolled agents, CPAs, and tax attorneys. These professionals are granted full rights of representation before the IRS, allowing them to communicate with the IRS on behalf of clients, as well as represent them during audits, collections, and appeals. If you are one of these qualified professionals and are looking to expand your practice, NTPI® offers you the tools and credentials needed to excel in tax representation.

Cancellation Policy

If an attendee registers for the in person conference and is unable to attend the event, the request for refund must be received (by NAEA) in writing to the Education Department team. The purchase will be refunded by the original payment method.  The last day to switch to live stream or to cancel and receive a full refund is October 28th, 2024. Beginning on October 29th, if you are unable to attend in person, you may switch to the on-demand option and receive a refund for the difference less an administration fee of $50. Rollovers are not allowed at this time.

If you can no longer attend the live stream. You can be switched over to the on-demand. Last day to switch from live stream to on-demand is November 11th.

Clarice Landreth

Clarice Landreth, EA is an enrolled agent with over 20 years of expertise in advanced tax resolution. She is the Quality Assurance Analyst at Omni in Broomfield, Colorado.  Since 2014, Clarice has been teaching continuing education classes focused on tax resolution. She is an NTPI Fellow, currently serves as the Chair of the NTPI Planning Committee, and was awarded the NAEA Excellence in Education Award in 2021.
