Nominating Committee

The Nominating Committee is responsible for identifying, recruiting, and nominating qualified candidates for leadership positions within the association, such as the board of directors or executive committee. It assesses the needs and priorities of the association, identifies potential candidates with the necessary skills and experience, solicits nominations from members, evaluates candidates’ qualifications, and presents a slate of nominees for election or appointment in accordance with the NAEA’s bylaws and governance procedures.
