The National Association of Enrolled Agents considers the safety of all those onsite at NAEA events as our top priority. We are bold in our commitment to showcase this event as the model for events faced with health-related challenges for in-person attendance. Our Duty of Care is a living document that will continue to evolve, incorporating innovative features that will further enhance the onsite experience and safety for everyone in attendance.

Contactless check-in

  • All registrations items will be picked up in a pre-packaged case to avoid contact with registration desk staff

Masks

  • One time use masks will be provided daily by NAEA for those that want them
  • You may also use your own mask
  • Fully vaccinated individuals are not required to wear a mask in public spaces
  • This will be on the honor system, we will not be checking vaccination status

By attending an NAEA Event, you agree to abide by and engage in certain health-and-safety-beneficial conduct while attending the event. This includes but is not limited to wearing a mask at all times in public areas if not fully vaccinated, engaging in appropriate physical distancing and not attending the event if you are ill or have been recently exposed to COVID-19.
