On September 13, the House Ways and Means Oversight Subcommittee held a hearing entitled, “IRS Reform: Resolving Taxpayer Disputes.” The hearing focused on the taxpayer perspective while considering different ways the IRS can resolve taxpayer disputes in a timely, efficient, and cost-effective manner.

The National Association of Enrolled Agents’ (NAEA) Government Relations Committee submitted comments for the official hearing record on September 27th.
