On December 13, 2017, NAEA Government Relations Committee Chair Jennifer MacMillan, EA, testified before the House Ways and Means Oversight Subcommittee on IRS reform from a taxpayer’s perspective. The hearing, “IRS Reform: The Taxpayer Experience,” gave Jennifer the opportunity to speak on behalf of over 55,000 enrolled agents and offer a taxpayer-centric view on the state of taxpayer service at the IRS, the “pipeline” of the entire tax administration workflow, and key reform initiatives needed at IRS to improve overall quality of service for American taxpayers.
